  1. Orders & Delivery
  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
  • Standard delivery is offered across South Africa. Fees and delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • We are not liable for courier delays, customs procedures, or events outside our control.
  • Client is responsible for tracking of order once tracking link has been sent to client.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • It is returned unused, in its original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.
  • Custom blends, decants, and engraved bottles are final sale.
  1. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, product images, and written content on our platforms belong to Mooi Nooi by Marinda. Please do not copy or reproduce them. Reselling of Mooi Nooi branded products are prohibited.

  1. Liability
  • Perfume preferences and sensitivities vary; we cannot guarantee your personal reaction to any scent.
  • Mooi Nooi by Marinda is not responsible for skin reactions or allergies. Always patch-test before use.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned.
  • Mooi Nooi by Marinda will not be held liable for damaged goods after order has been released for courier.
  • Client should communicate directly with the courier company that is responsible for the delivery of the order.
